Goals
Your goal is what your plan is built toward. You choose it when you set up, and you can change it any time.
Choosing a goal
- Feel fitter — a balanced mix of easy rows and intervals.
- Row further — build stamina with mostly steady rowing.
- Improve my time — train for a distance or an upcoming event: 500m, 1k, 2k, 5k or a custom distance. Add an event date (at least two weeks away) and a target time or pace if you have them, and the plan builds toward that day.
- Build rowing power — develop speed with short, hard efforts.
- Support weight management — make regular rowing part of your routine.

Changing your goal
Go to Profile › Goal & target, or Plan settings from the settings icon on the Plan tab. Changes start next week; this week stays as it is.
Seeing how close you are
Your goal shows on Home and the Plan tab. For a time goal it shows where you are now, the days left to your event, how far you are from your target and the next milestone, with your test results charted over time.
When you beat it
When a test beats your target, Home tells you — You beat your goal — and offers the result as your new target: Set [your new time] as my target, or Keep my current goal. Either way, your plan keeps going.
