What is Norvin?

Norvin is a training platform built for serious endurance athletes — people who train consistently and want more than a log of their workouts. If you're rowing 3–5 times a week and wondering whether your training is actually moving you forward, Norvin is designed for you.

What Norvin does

Norvin connects to your existing fitness data through Intervals.icu, analyzes your sessions, and gives you a structured, adaptive training plan based on your goals and current fitness. After each workout syncs, it reads the numbers and gives you real feedback: what went well, what to watch, and what's coming next.

The core loop looks like this: set a goal, get a plan, train, sync, read the analysis, adapt. Repeat.

How it's different from tracking apps

Most fitness apps record your data. Norvin interprets it. There's no manual logging of how you felt or what zone you were in — Norvin reads the streams directly and builds a picture of your Training Load over time.

Training plans in Norvin follow the British Rowing 5-zone system (UT2, UT1, AT, TR, AN), so the structure is grounded in established endurance methodology — not generic cardio advice.

Who it's built for

Norvin is built for indoor rowers training on Concept2 ergs. Cycling, running, and other endurance sports are on the roadmap. If you row and want coaching that understands the sport — Split Time, Stroke Rate, Power, periodization — you're in the right place.

What Norvin isn't

Norvin isn't a substitute for a human coach, and it doesn't try to be. It's a tool that makes structured, data-driven training accessible without requiring a coaching relationship or a sports science background.
