Quick start guide
Getting up and running with Norvin takes three steps. Most people are through all of them in under 10 minutes.
Step 1: Connect your data
Norvin connects directly to Concept2 Logbook, Strava, and Intervals.icu. In Settings, choose whichever platform you already use — the connection is OAuth-based and takes about 30 seconds.
If you use Intervals.icu, see the full walkthrough: Connecting Intervals.icu
Step 2: Set your baseline
Before Norvin can build you a plan, it needs to understand your current fitness level. The most accurate way to do this is with a 2K time trial — a maximum-effort 2000m row that sets your 2K Pace and anchors all your training zones.
If you don't have a recent result, you can enter an estimate and Norvin will refine it as you train.

Step 3: Generate your first plan
Once your baseline is in, go to the Training Plan section and set your goal — a target time, an event, or simply building fitness. Norvin builds a periodized plan with a Base Phase to build aerobic capacity, a Build Phase to develop threshold work, and a Peak Phase before any target event.
Your first plan is a starting point, not a fixed schedule. As you train and sync workouts, Norvin adjusts based on how you're responding to the load.
That's it. From here, the cycle is simple: train, sync, read your analysis, repeat.
