Rowing without signal

The rower doesn't need the internet. Norvin talks to it over Bluetooth, so a live row works the same with no signal.

What waits on your phone

• A finished row stays safe on your phone until it can upload. If it hasn't gone yet, tap Retry when you're back online.
• Ratings, logged rows, skips, away or sick days and workout changes are saved on your phone and sync when you're back online.

What needs a connection

Your analysis, the Coach's note and plan suggestions are worked out on our side, so they arrive once your row has uploaded — and applying a plan suggestion needs a connection too. If Home can't reach Norvin, today's plan shows once you're back online; tap Free row to row in the meantime.

In the app, these rowing articles are stored on your phone, so they open without signal too. The rest of the help center needs a connection.
