Sending and sharing rows

Every row you record in Norvin is saved to your Norvin account. If you also keep your training somewhere else, you can send it there — and you can share any row as an image.

Sending a row to your other accounts

When you finish a row, Send to lists the connected accounts that accept uploads, already selected. Untick any you don't want, then tap Send to to send it. Norvin remembers what you left out for next time. It sends nothing on its own.

Intervals.icu always accepts rows. Other accounts appear in Send to as uploads to them become available. A row that already came into Norvin from one of your accounts isn't offered back to it.

To connect an account, see Connected accounts.

Apple Health

Norvin can also save each finished row to Apple Health. Apple Health.

Sharing a row as an image

Tap Share your workout on the finish screen, or Share on a session's analysis, to make an image of your row:

  • Card — choose what it shows: the scene you rowed through (shown first when you rowed on one), the highlight, the measured workout, the prescription, or the whole picture.
  • Format — Portrait 4:5 for a feed, or Story 9:16.
  • Fun comparison adds a light-hearted comparison of what you did, and Include heart rate adds your heart rate.

Then Share this workout to send it anywhere, or Save image to keep it in Photos. Every image includes the Norvin logo and norvin.fit.
