What the Trends Page Shows
The trends page gives you a longitudinal view of your training — how load, intensity distribution, and performance metrics have changed over time. It is designed to surface patterns that single-session feedback cannot show.
Training Load Over Time
The primary chart tracks your Training Load across weeks. You will see how volume and intensity have built through your Base Phase, Build Phase, and any Peak Phase or Taper Phase periods.
Look for a gradual upward trend punctuated by lighter Deload weeks. Sharp spikes or sudden drops are worth noting — they often correlate with how sessions felt during that period.
Zone Distribution Trends
A stacked view shows how your training time has been distributed across zones over weeks or months. A well-structured Polarized approach will show a large portion of time in UT2 and UT1, with a smaller but consistent slice of harder work in AT, TR, and AN.
If the distribution has drifted — too much time in moderate zones, or not enough easy work — the trends chart makes that visible.
Performance Metrics
Split Time and Power trends show whether your output at a given intensity is improving over time. Improving fitness typically shows as faster splits or higher Power at the same heart rate or RPE.
Reading the Charts
Charts default to a 30-day view. You can extend the range to 60 days, 90 days, or all time to see longer arcs of development. Hover over any point to see the session or week detail behind the number.
Use trends to inform conversations with yourself — or with Norvin — about whether your training is working.
