Understanding your dashboard

The Norvin dashboard is organized around your current training situation — what's happening today, how your last session went, and what's coming up. Here's what each section shows.

Today

The top section focuses on what matters right now.

Coach's note — A short, contextual coaching message at the top of the page. This might be a reminder about the purpose of today's session, a note about your recent Training Load, or context heading into a harder block. It updates based on your training data, not a generic rotation.

Next session — If you have an active training plan, today's planned workout appears here. You'll see the session type, target zone (UT2, UT1, etc.), duration, and key targets like Split Time or Power.

"Can't do today?" — If the planned session doesn't fit the day, tap this to skip, shorten, or swap it. The plan adapts around whatever you choose — no manual rescheduling needed.

Plan adaptation banner — When Norvin has recalculated your plan based on recent training, a banner appears here explaining what changed and why.

Last Session

The second section covers your most recent completed workout.

RPE prompt — If you haven't rated how your last session felt, you'll see a prompt to submit your RPE score. This subjective signal helps Norvin calibrate future sessions alongside objective data.

Session analysis — A summary of what the data showed: how the session compared to plan, key metrics, and what to keep in mind going forward. Tap through to the full analysis for more detail on Power, Stroke Rate, and pacing.

Coming Up

The third section shows your next six days of scheduled workouts with zone badges and durations, so you can see what's ahead at a glance. This is the same schedule shown in your full plan view, condensed to the near-term outlook.
