By creating an account or using Norvin, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Norvin is an AI-powered training coach for endurance athletes. The service analyzes your workout data, generates training plans, and provides personalized coaching feedback. Norvin currently supports indoor rowing and cycling.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Norvin. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use.
Important: Please read this section carefully.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Norvin and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to injuries sustained during training. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Norvin integrates with third-party services (Intervals.icu, Anthropic Claude). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Account deletion takes effect after a 30-day grace period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Future Paid Tiers: When paid subscription plans are introduced, EU consumers will have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, unless they explicitly request immediate access to the service before that period expires. Full subscription and refund terms will be published at that time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
