This policy applies to residents of Washington, Nevada and other US states with consumer health data laws. It adds to our Privacy Policy, which covers everything else. Norvin is run by Daniel Chabr, U Dívčích hradů 343/19b, 150 00 Praha 5, Czech Republic.
From you, from your rower or heart-rate strap over Bluetooth, and from Concept2 Logbook, Intervals.icu or Strava if you connect them. Norvin does not read data from Apple Health.
Only to coach you: to set your training zones, adapt your plan, and write feedback on your rows. Heart rate, weight, and what you tell us about an injury, a break or being unwell are used only after you give consent in the app, and you can withdraw consent at any time in Profile › Account & privacy. Your year of birth and how hard sessions felt are needed to build and adapt the plan you ask for, so we use them to provide that service. Notes you add reach Anthropic only if you allow AI coaching.
We do not sell consumer health data. We share it only with service providers that process it for us under contract: our hosting and database providers (Vercel, Neon), Anthropic (only if you allow AI coaching, to write your analysis and notes), and Sentry (error reports, which can contain parts of a row). When you choose to send a row to a service you connected, it goes to that service. We never share it for advertising.
You can see and download your data, delete it, and withdraw consent in Profile › Account & privacy, or by emailing support@norvin.fit. You can ask us for the list of providers that received your data. We reply within 45 days. If we refuse a request, you can appeal by replying to our answer; if you're still not satisfied, you can contact your state Attorney General.
